For months I have been going back and forth trying to decide if I should write a blog or not and finally I decided, what the heck? Why not? If you know me, I’m always talking about things I want to do, but never following up on. This will be my change. It will be part of My Healthy Beginnings!
I chose the name My Healthy Beginnings because I am going to post my progress to healthy living in order to motivate myself to live a healthier lifestyle, while also hopefully encouraging others in the process. Currently I would describe myself as average. I occasionally workout and eat healthy, but by no means am I doing anything special. Yeah, sometimes I make quinoa and I’ve run a few 10k’s here and there, but am I a role model for the healthy living community? No way! I’m a little too friendly with chips, candy and basically anything fried or unhealthy for even my own liking lately. But that doesn’t mean it has to stay that way. From this day on, I vow to make more of an effort to improve my entire quality of life, all the while sharing my ups and (hopefully fewer) downs on this blog for everyone to read!
